General Return Policies:

• Merchandise (such as infrared saunas) deemed genuinely defective, arrives damaged, or missing parts will be rectified at no additional cost, and as quickly as possible.
• If a customer is shipped the wrong order they will not be subject to any additional costs, and as quickly as possible.
• Any corrections will ship by the same method as the original order.
• All returns must be made within 30 days.
• All shipping charges are non-refundable; return shipping is not paid by SaunaKing Products.
• All returns/exchanges must meet our returns criteria & inspection.
• Orders granted free shipping will be billed for original shipping if the item is returned.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days. For a return authorization, call Customer Service at 1-866-977-2862. Please note that all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/ returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer carton. In some cases, we may charge you for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items.

All returns must include the following:

• Customer Sales Receipt
• Return Authorization from SaunaKing products
• Damaged Items and Shortage Claims

Please make sure the shipping boxes are not damaged. Inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt, open box if necessary. Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery by calling toll free 1-866-977-2862. Failure to notify SaunaKing Products within the established time frame will result in the owner taking full responsibility for cost of ALL REPLACEMENT PARTS including shipping and handling fees.

Gift Cards: Gift Cards, Gift Certificates and Store Credit cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit or check.
