1 Year Limited Warranty on Stereo and other components

This warranty extends only to: (1) a retail purchaser of a sauna directly from SaunaKing Products; (2) the authorized wholesale purchaser of a sauna directly from SaunaKing Products; or (3) a retail purchaser of a sauna from a SaunaKing Products’ authorized wholesaler. However, in the event of a sale, transfer or conveyance of a sauna from any of the three proceeding persons or entities, any rights, duties and obligations associated with this warranty shall be null and void and of no further force and effect.

The sauna must be purchased and used within one year of the manufactured date. Lifetime of components covered by the limited lifetime warranty is limited to free shipping of new parts within the 1st year. Free replacement parts are sent at customers shipping expense after 1st year if defective. Any parts claimed to be defective must be shipped freight prepaid, to SaunaKing Products and the repaired or replaced product will be returned to the sender freight collect. When sent to SaunaKing Products the product must be accompanied by the sales receipt or other proof of purchase date, as well as the sender's name, mailing address, daytime telephone number and any other information relating to the sender's claim.

This warranty is void if the sauna has been altered, misused, abused or exposed to water. Such instances shall include operation or maintenance of the sauna in deviation to the published instructions. The warranty extends only to the manufacturing defects and does not cover the damages resulting from mishandling of the product by the owner.

SaunaKing Products shall not be liable for the loss of use of the sauna or other incidental or consequential damages. Under no circumstances shall SaunaKing Products or any of its representatives be held liable for injury to any persons or damages to any properties. Specifications are subject to change without notice.

THIS UNIT IS MEANT FOR INDOOR USE ONLY. WARRANTY IS VOIDED IF SAUNAKING PRODUCT INFRARED SAUNA IS PLACED IN AN OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENT.
